Run game from Steam, select texture mods, enjoy!Įvery person who's had the one-shot-before-reload issue found it was because XCOM was calling home and modifying the files changed by the mod.Copy TexMod.exe into binaries directory and rename to XComGame.exe.Rename XComGame.exe to something else (XComGame-Original in my case).Run Toolboks to change soldier XP display and recruitment stuff, nothing already modified by Long War.Change STEAM properties to disable automatic updates.
